Description:

As a Web Developer and Packaged Application Development Team Lead, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design, build, and test web-based applications for various site components. This role blends hands-on engineering with team leadership, requiring you to document technical designs, research updated web solutions, manage team delivery, and take responsibility for key architectural and technical decisions. You will provide troubleshooting solutions across multiple collaborative teams, evaluate web application performance, and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of full-time formal education.
• 5–10 years of professional software experience with a mandatory mastery of Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of foundational user-interface technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Practical development experience utilizing ecosystem frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Structural familiarity interacting with database management systems, particularly writing and optimization using SQL.
• Functional knowledge of enterprise version control architectures, especially Git tracking pipelines.
• Manage and drive team performance, take accountability for group delivery decisions, collaborate across multi-team boundaries, and provide solutions for immediate and cross-functional engineering branches.
• Mentor junior team members to upgrade their technical output while continuously monitoring, evaluating, and boosting application responsiveness and end-user experiences.
